I always aim for fair and transparent pricing. I charge based on the scope and complexity of the work — no hidden fees. For larger or repeat projects, I’m happy to offer discounts. Quality and honesty come standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer's needs, then ask a few questions to fully understand the job. Once everything is clear, I offer a fair estimate and timeline. I stay in touch throughout the process to make sure everything goes smoothly and the client is satisfied with the result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience as a low-voltage systems technician and installer, along with engineering training in my home country. I’ve worked on construction sites and handled a wide range of tasks — from wiring and system setups to general repairs. I’m always learning and improving my skills to deliver reliable results.
