Dave is amazing...he is a professional, he is delightful, he handles pressure and perfectionists like me with grace and charm. Simply put--he nails every aspect of what he does...the set up, the food, the service, the attitude. He is on time, he went the extra mile, etc etc. I can go on and on about Dave, the service, the set up and the food, on and on and on. Lets stay on the food a second: it is outrageously delicious. My guests said they have never tasted anything so good. The aesthetic set up of all the cooked was awesome...and several guests asked for Dave;s number for events they did and I have asked Dave to come back to do the food again for my annual party. You can't go wrong. I wldnt use anyone else..

I couldn't have been more pleased. My goal for our wedding was to have food that people left saying, "Wow. That was really great food." We didnt ask them, so its not like we were fishing for a compliment. It definitely is not very traditional but we went with BBQ. People thought it was a little odd that I wanted BBQ at a wedding, but boy did they eat their words and the food. We had people telling us that was the best BBQ we have ever had. We had a lot of our family up from Texas and they know BBQ. When we saw them going back for second and third plates we knew that this catering service had hit a home run. Eric is accommodating. They offer a good price, in what I consider to be an overpriced market. I highly recommend them to any bride.

Dave catered my wedding in September 2014. We had a pig roast complete with all the sides and fixings! Not only were our guests super impressed and obsessed with the food but they also loved Dave and how personable he was. The food was absolutely phenomenal and we highly recommend using Dave to cater any event!!!

North Carolina Bar-b-que catering run by The Caugh Family is an amazing family owned and operated business. They provide whatever the customer wants in a kind and curious manner with impeccable service and affordable costs. Our family has begged them to bottle their secret Bar-b-Que sauce and they finally did and we won't use any other!! I would recommend their service for any event from a kids party to a wedding. You can't go wrong with North Carolina Bar-b-Que!!!

After graduating from The Culinary Institue of America I knew I wanted to work with my father who is aslo a CIA grad But I didnt want to work in a kitchen 40 plus hours a week. Together we have taken North Carolina Bar B Que to best BBQ in the area.

I am proud of all the events we have catered. Some of the best Memphis In May Peoples Choice Award Greatest Ribs In America Countless other awards from across the county We have catered in the Capital Building, Pentagon, Ford Theater, On top of Office Buildings in Office garages and everyone of our parties are catered to the best . not one party is more important than the others.
