We hired Davis Chimney to replace a fan that had burned out in our furnace in January 2015. He cam out and inspected the wood burning furnace, completely taking it apart. He left saying he would order the fan we needed for our furnace to work. We never heard back from him. After a couple weeks I called and he said he was working on it. After another couple weeks I called again and left a voice-mail message. He never returned my call. I called several times and still no returned calls. I emailed and still nothing. I tried again in March and he answered the phone promising to come out the next day. He never showed. In April I tried one more time asking him to just come by and put the furnace back together because we have no idea how to do this as parts are scattered all around. Again he PROMISED he would show and of course he never did.
