- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can offer hourly rates. but we will also provide you a set rate for a job. By doing this we can elimanate any concerns from the customer feeling like our men are moving to slow. We train our men to move fast as possible but to also move slow as needed to get the job done correctly the first time and leave no one complaining. the great thing about this is if we say we will be out in a day and it takes us two days. We will not come back to the customer saying it will cost you more......(that will not be the case the price we quoted you is the price you will be charged)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend home and garden shows, also take any paver and segmental wall classes that we need to, to stay ontop of the newest technolgy. We do alot of reading and researching to better our information that we give out to our customers.
