What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reviewing our services and owner expectations. Reviewing and Signing a Property Management Agreement. VHS then takes control of managing the property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed Brokerage Firm and licensed Realtors. We are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working with investors, we naturally fell into the management of their properties and then decided to expand.
