Yea they are fair on prices and want to do decent work, but if you have a problem and try to get in touch with them they dont answer. Ive called their office, the person who did the work at my house and emailed them multiple times over a month and not one reply back. Customer service or appreciation for the business? Maybe this might finally get their attention?

We apologize that we were unable to get in touch with you. As we have explained by phone, the issues you are having with your fence is unfortunately due to the tree that needed to be excavated and removed from beneath the soil. We recommended it be removed at time of installation due to future decomposing of the tree that would cause the dirt to be unstable.

William was great very helpful. They removed the tree that fell on my house quickly and cleanly while, I was at work. I would never have known it was a tree that damaged my house. In addition, they did it so carefully that the process of removing the tree did not further damage house. I don't give 5 stars often but when I do it is well deserved. The entire process was done fast, efficient, and clean. William was also very educated in the types of trees I have on the property and any future issues I might have. I will definetly call them first when it I am ready to remove those trees.
