For title companies or attorneys, call me in behalf of bank or finance company to close their mortgage loans. I call a client, confirm appointment, address, and time.
As a notary, I need to verify identity by seeing 2 identifications. I print documents in 2 copies, go to the client's home, and close loans. Once finished, I package up and ship back either to bank or title company usually on the same day.
I also work for debt consolidation companies where a notary is needed and lately, I have been doing deed recordings by taking them to the designated court house.
