ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE and amazing trustworthy guys. Hard working guys who know what they’re doing and are so educated in different types of things needed to do/ or used to move your things. You can trust them with your move. I’m sure it’ll be a lot more organized than mines. lol But they were so respectful so patient and understanding with me. To sum it up. I will be traveling for work over the next few months so my stuff needed to be organized in my storage in a way i can easily get to my clothes especially. These guys efficiently moved my shelving units from my home and set it up in my storage just how i envisioned it. Seriously they did everything how i envisioned! I’m so happy. So if they can move my mirrored furniture and mirrors down three stories of a complicated townhome with weird curved steps, your stuff would probably be nothing for them. Like guys, i lived in the most weird 3 story town house ever with weird curved steps and I’ve always been concerned about moving because of it. On top of that I have real good quality heavy furniture. My dresser set doesn’t even come apart, like you cannot take the drawers out. It’s a Michael Amini set. And it’s mirrored And wow these guys moved it down those steps. No broken mirrors. I still feel like they may have super powers. lol. Now there is a scratch on the side (I’m only adding this to be realistic as I don’t have a issue with it ) like let’s be real i expected a lot more damage to it, cause again my stair ways are so complicated. And idc about the scratch i just needed the mirrors saved. They recommended they came the next day to do it as they needed to do it with a certain type of lift that they did not anticipate to bring as they didn’t think it’ll be so heavy (which again my dresser is really good quality), & that was no issue to me. I was actually really happy about that because it shows that they cared about moving my things in the right way. I would recommend these guys to ANY AND EVERYONE. And for as long as they do this, they have a client/recommendator for life with me. They are so efficient and just caring, i had such a stressful move and Kunal and Ibrahim made sure they really were so empathetic of that and i truly felt my needs were understood and cared for. It was like having family you can trust help you move. I also had 3 standing mirrors they moved effortlessly with no scratches or breaks. No request was too much for them and even if it wasn’t doable Kunal took time and patience to explain it to me. They took time to explain how everything will be done when needed to. They loaded everything into their truck so thoughtful as to how i wanted my storage set up. Like wow!!! And then the things in my storage was just set up above my expectations, they are young, and that may throw you off, but trust me they really know what they are doing, and you can put your trust into them, also, I had all sorts of iPads, and iPhones laying around my home that I even completely forgot about that They did not touch and even brought some to me or set aside on my window so completely trustworthy guys. Edit to add that Kunal also helped me with a much smaller move almost 2 months after our first encounter and the service was the same, this time I just needed one guy but he was just as respectful, patient and efficient! Thank you so so much. I am forever grateful for the amazing service and understanding and grace you guys provided me. Thank you for caring for my things, thank you for your patience!
