We do both interior, exterior jobs as well as exceptional cleaning...We take great pride in the prep work. The painting is easy..its getting it ready for the painting that is the important part! Pinnacle was professional and fair in giving us a quote, starting the job, adjusting plans when I hated the original color I chose, making time to help us choose a replacement color, and then completing the project, still ON TIME! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 35.00 per hour per man but i like to see the job onsite to be as fair to the customer as i can be. I don't think its fair to price what i cant see.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer face to face to really get a feel for what they need and want. I guess im a old school guy. I still believe in a hand shake.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started 30 years ago with my uncle and worked from the bottom up and learned every facet of the business. A house is my canvas and I like to make folks happy.
