FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that every project is different, so I don't generally have a "one size fits all" pricing approach. I do prefer to bid by the project, rather than by the hour, so that each client understands the price of the job up front. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I routinely conduct a thorough in-person or by-phone discussion of the project, before I ever get started. It's important to understand all facets of a project, and this is something that can't effectively be done (generally) over email or text. I want to ensure I fully understand your expectations--and make sure that you understand mine. This way, the project can progress quickly and effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years' experience in writing and editing. From bios to blogs, case studies to brochures, I have written and edited it all.
