- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly for the first 90 days as we assess the flat rate, and switch to flat rate from there forward. Every client starts with an accountant and Business Integrations Specialist, and from engagement we begin determining what services your company needs to support it's growth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you choose us, you will be sent a Letter of Engagement and connected to a dedicated provider. We will select a time and day to onboard either by phone or Zoom. During this onboarding call you will share details and logins needed for service to begin. There are more details that are available in the workflow process sent to you to give you a clear view on how we onboard.
