Ritesh was able to work quickly with us to get a brand new HVAC. He was more flexible than others as well, and found a way to get our HVAC to the roof without a huge crane.

Arkia Solutions did an amazing job replacing my HVAC when my old unit started leaking suddenly. Ritesh was quick to respond, and gave me the best price for a Carrier system. His technicians came and replaced my unit in 24 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the service his team provided. I will be recommending Arkia Solutions to all of my family and friends.

Ritesh demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dedication, and a genuinely helpful attitude throughout the entire process. He took the time to exchange messages back and forth until he fully understood the issues at hand, which I truly appreciated. He was also very upfront and transparent about pricing, ensuring there were no surprises. On top of that, he worked with my schedule to find a time that was convenient for me. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
