He did thorough evaluation to find out all issues with the duct work in the attic, methodically documented and gave a reasonable estimate and timeline for the completion of work. We have a flat rate pricing.
$95.00 for our diagnostic
$130.00 for regular preventative maintenance

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing that someone new is coming into your house is a bit of stress, I make sure my customer’s property is well taken care of, they are treated with the outmost respect, no hidden fees and no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years I acquired multiple certifications from different organizations such as NATE, EPA section 608, Heat exchanger expert class, Rheem, Carrier, 4 year licensing program.
