I used Reimagine Renovations to renovate a rental property in VA. As I do not live in VA, I fully relied on Mehran and his team for this work. The townhouse was bought "as is" and required major work such as upgrading the roof, installation of new backyard pavers (shown), fence repair, and many more items. In the past, I generally did not have good experience with contractors even when they were local and supervised. Not this time. The team fully researched the options and executed flawlessly and fast without my presence. Their support continued after the tenants arrived and identified new projects, such as the installation of a bathroom fan that was hard to replace via the attic, and other plumbing and electrical items. This contractor works relentlessly, professionally, honestly, and to perfection. I strongly recommend this team for headache-free renovation projects!

We had a leak in our garage and couple of contractors quoted over $3000 to fix it with no guarantee that the issue would be fixed. People at Reimagine Renovations were able to locate the issue (it wasnt what the other contractors had guessed what it was). They were able to fix the problem at a fraction of the cost we were quoted by others! We were so happy with the end result that we decided to have them remodel our powder room. They did an amazing job and we will definitely hire them for any future project. Highly recommend!
