- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively, most times the estimate will be provided on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Footprints owners are trained and certified by premier organizations in the industry, the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA).
