Technician Jon Aotan did such a excellent work, he was able to come over same day, same hour even, which I really appreciate. He did very good job in repairing my lock, and installing new one. He was fast, very helpful and knowledge . He is a real professional . And the prices are very reasonable . I will definitely keep their number and not only I will use this company again, I will refer them to everybody who will need any help with locks. Thank you again, Jon .

Amazing! I was locked out of my condo and called Affordable because they are not far from Cleveland Park. I thought it was pretty brilliant that they asked me to send them a picture of the lock when I called for an estimate. They said they could give me a more accurate range of the total cost that way. When the locksmith arrived he popped the lock quickly and the final cost was just as they said on the phone... no surprise charges whatsoever. Fantastic service.

Before the technician even arrived, I got a call in the morning to confirm my appointment. Once Alex got to my house, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I needed to have locks re-keyed for a new home purchase, a replacement deadbolt, and a security door lock changed. The house is older and gives me plenty of challenges -- locks included. The technician assured me from the moment he arrived that he may be at my home a while, but he'd definitely get everything accomplished -- and he wasn't kidding. Over the course of three hours, he retro-fitted a security door with an exit-safe lock (required by DC for my rental unit), made sure everything fit and closed appropriately, installed a new lock in a space where an old and no-longer-used model had been (which required quite a bit of drilling), FIXED a situation I had assumed was unfixable with what he described as an "un-jimmie-able" lock, and was all around pleasant and wonderful. I can't say for sure what other locksmiths would have charged me for the work, but I feel that every penny spent was worth it for the well-explained, fantastic job he did.
