Technician Jon Aotan did such a excellent work, he was able to come over same day, same hour even, which I really appreciate. He did very good job in repairing my lock, and installing new one. He was fast, very helpful and knowledge . He is a real professional . And the prices are very reasonable . I will definitely keep their number and not only I will use this company again, I will refer them to everybody who will need any help with locks. Thank you again, Jon .

We hired A1 to replace 5 deadbolts and handles in our new house. Alex was great! He fit everything perfect, made any changes that made sure our locks fit. He put in a deadbolt and handle replaced a lock older than 40 years. The price did go higher than what I was quoted, but, they had to do alot of extra work, even with this extra work they were still cheaper than other quotes I received. I will be hiring them again (soon actually, since I have another door he did not replace). Also, Alex is very passionate about locks, he enjoys and collects them as a hobby. So, he is thorough with yours.

Before the technician even arrived, I got a call in the morning to confirm my appointment. Once Alex got to my house, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I needed to have locks re-keyed for a new home purchase, a replacement deadbolt, and a security door lock changed. The house is older and gives me plenty of challenges -- locks included. The technician assured me from the moment he arrived that he may be at my home a while, but he'd definitely get everything accomplished -- and he wasn't kidding. Over the course of three hours, he retro-fitted a security door with an exit-safe lock (required by DC for my rental unit), made sure everything fit and closed appropriately, installed a new lock in a space where an old and no-longer-used model had been (which required quite a bit of drilling), FIXED a situation I had assumed was unfixable with what he described as an "un-jimmie-able" lock, and was all around pleasant and wonderful. I can't say for sure what other locksmiths would have charged me for the work, but I feel that every penny spent was worth it for the well-explained, fantastic job he did.
