Krissy clear has a love for dogs. She has been very thoughtful in getting to know my English Bulldog, and it's clear to see that it's paying off--Tallulah really seems to have a great time with Krissy. Paws on the Town is professional and flexible, willing to work with you to figure out what's best for the pet. Krissy is great and very flexible with her time! She is walking my Mom's dog twice a day. She is very patient with both of them. Pierre (the dog) is elderly and blind but loves when Krissy comes to walk him! She has been a great help.

My experience with PAWS on the town is going great. My Yorkie (Daisy) is my only child/doggy child and she has separation anxiety when she is not around me. Therefore, Daisy was a little slow adjusting to the new routine with Krissy. At first, she would barely let Krissy walk her around the building before wanting to come back in. However, Krissy is very patient with Daisy. She spends a few minutes with Daisy before and after her walk to help gain Daisy's trust. Now, it has been 2 weeks and Daisy later loves Krissy to pieces. She greets her very excitedly at the door and can't wait to go for a walk with her. And, Krissy has been able to gradually increase the length of time for Daisy's walks based on the trust/friendship she has built with Daisy. I would definitely recommend Paws on the Town.

Krissy is amazing with our girls! She treats them like they are her own! Krissy also sends us picture message updates, while we are gone. We plan on using Krissy when we go out of town in the future!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am working on getting certified in first aid care.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I want to give pet owners peace of mind when they leave their pets at home. I was always worried about the care of my own two dogs when I would be away for too long or when I was leaving town. I decided that having a reliable, loving and consistent dog walker and dog sitter is such a very valuable commodity and I equate it with the level of proving good child care. My dogs are my kids! I decided that I can be that provider for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Dog walking, feeding. In-home sitting with a daily 3 trip visit.
