Jacquelyn was straight forward with us, have expert opinion, but always left the final decision up to us. Her office was flexible and available to help with multiple things, including not only winterizing a house we were no longer near, but spending time with potential buyers going over aspects of home care so they felt more comfortable making an offer. She had access to multiple inexpensive, but competent contractors, so we were able to get the house ready quickly and with minimal expense.

With any major financial decision in life, you're looking for someone who not only has the background, experience, and know-how, but someone you trust. Jacqueline and Dan exceeded in all of those roles and I was very pleased throughout the whole experience of selling our home.
