We are a small company with low over head, and are able to do work for a fraction of big corporate companies prices. We also will supply cost of everything, and a brake down of exactly what you are paying for. We want you too know exactly what you are paying for, we have nothing to hide. Also we stand behind are work with a minimum of a two Year warranty on most of all are work, if not longer.

I called Phil a week before Christmas after a custom range / oven at my house malfunctioned. Phil went above and beyond trying to find parts (control board) but to no avail; the unit had been discontinued. Phil dropped by the local HomeDepot and Lowe's looking for replacement range ovens that could be substitutes to my existing unit. He worked on solutions way beyond 5 PM; it was very refreshing to have found a contractor that didn't quit trying to solve my problems even after 5 o'clock had come and gone. Phil is reliable and constantly solutioning my problem even after we met dead ends, and more importantly, he kept in constant communication with me on the status of things.

Philip did a fantastic job on installing our HVAC heat pump. We had him back to install our wood floors, which look amazing. We call him for any work we need done. He does a great job and doesn't over charge us.

In getting ready to sell my house and after house sold, Phil's HVAC and Handyman Services took care of several issues, from painting, repairs, moving, yard care including cutting down trees and debris removal. Extremely patient and hard working person. I couldn't have handled the move without him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we price everything at a flat honest rate, some things that fall into custom, or require us to come out to see the extent of work needed varies (we provide free Quotes/estimates) but, is still reasonable rates. we will proved as requested a brake down of all cost, we are a small company and are cheaper then big name companies. we stride on bringing the best work for the best prices, we also offer senor discounts, and military discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every one as a new customer, we except nothing but grade A work, and treat everyone the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 Years ago I become interested in the HVAC world, everything in it just clicks, and I have had great success in this field. I carry certifications that most don’t even know are available. We also provide other services, because we like to work with are hands, and make are customers happy.
