Chris has been great to train with! He is incredibly responsive to all training needs. His personalized program helped me run a marathon! I felt strong and prepared. Chris works hard to incorporate the things I like about working out and being active into a routine to challenge my body while also making sure I feel capable. I started without Chris about a year ago and since then have felt and looked my best. I am incredibly grateful for the support and accountability.

Chris is an absolute pleasure to work with in helping me achieve my goals. He not only set attainable goals, he helped me smash through them more than I thought I could!
