Annette writes specific workouts to meet your goals and cater to your body type They are fun, challenging and never the same workout and I always feel accomplished at the end of a session. She is very encouraging and shows you proper form to each exercise and how you can improve. I never thought I would enjoy working out but all that changed once I found Annette at Love the Burn fitness. Now I look forward to each session!
