- What types of customers have you worked with?
I mainly photograph wedding photography. Other portrait sessions spawn from the weddings I book: bridal sessions, engagement sessions, and some time after the wedding... newborn sessions. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe it's important as a client to find a photographer who does more than "available light." Ask your photographer how they intend to incorporate flash into their work. If their not comfortable or try to justify not using flash, it may be wise to look for someone else. A good photographer uses natural light whenever possible. Event photographers don't always have the luxury of natural light and need the equipment and know how of using flash. Additionally, be sure to see a few complete weddings that the photographer has done. Many websites feature the best of a wedding. However, few show a complete wedding.
