Outstanding Service from Charlie Lewis at Kasper Mechanical
I had a major issue with my HVAC system when I discovered a large amount of water leaking onto the floor around the unit. After calling Kasper Mechanical, technician Charlie Lewis responded quickly and was able to come out almost immediately.
From the moment he arrived, Charlie went straight to work and quickly diagnosed the problem. He identified a faulty drain pipe along with severely dirty coils that were causing the leak. He thoroughly explained the issues, recommended the necessary repairs, and promptly replaced everything that needed attention.
What really impressed me was Charlie's attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He went above and beyond by redesigning the drain pipe layout so it would no longer interfere with removing and replacing the HVAC filter. It's clear he wasn't just focused on fixing the immediate problem, he was thinking ahead to make future maintenance easier and more convenient.
Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took pride in his work. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend Kasper Mechanical and Charlie Lewis to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.

Well our little escapee has done it again Alvin managed to get into the garage last night & we discovered around 2 am he was stuck in the hvac. Our first & only thought was to call Kasper Mechanical Heating and AirConditioning. At 8am they said someone would be here around 12 at 10am they were here & ready to save our guy. I want to thank Teddy & Nathan for their quick & caring work to get this guy out. Theres many reasons why we love Kasper but this is just another one that shows us how much they care about their customers. We will be in business with them for life! Thank you guys so much for saving our Houdini!!

Kasper Mechanical did a great job servicing my dryer vent and also taking care of the Hummer box underneath the vent in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough, and made sure everything was properly checked and cleaned. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they took the time to address the issue in the crawl space as well. The work was completed efficiently, and everything looks much better now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dryer vent or ventilation work done.
