Promise construction truly delivered for me. The work quality and value definitely met my expectations. They did a beautiful patio with curved stairs that my friends and family raves about. We love how personable, professional they were so we had the come back to do a stone and gravel walkway. I will be using them again, and again and again.

- The technical representative needs to be clear on his price and to itemize all the tasks that are discussed between him and the owner. Later, he should not say this, or that is not part of my job. - He needs to do a better estimate of the required material for the job. He should not ask the owner for purchasing material several times. - He should not leave the work incomplete or rush on work because he has to go somewhere. He did not paint one of the doors and left incomplete multiple othe doors. - He should pay attention to cleanliness and should not mess up our flooring. It took us two days to clean the paint he spilled on our floors.
