- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary due to how many notarizations are required and mileage to travel to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial welcome message from me to the client. I also ask the client a few questions to help gather information on the types of documents they need to have notarized. From there we will coordinate if you prefer to have me come to you or complete the notarization remotely.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA/ NSA certified. I also took additional training in order to become a Loan Signing Agent.
