He is very thorough, I really mean it. you need someone like him/ Jim to look at every detail. I wish he gave us an estimate of repairs. I had to hire a roofer and a structural engineer and finally a general contractor to give us estimate which made the total cost of inspection a bit expensive. At the end of the day it's a peace of mind. Showed up on time and very pleasant person to deal with.

Jim did an amazing job with our home inspection! He was very thorough and left nothing unchecked. He walked us through each step of the inspection and discussed why each item was important. I must say the home inspection was by far the smoothest and most honest part of buying our home. Jim treats you like he has known you for ages and that you and your family are very important to him!!!!!! We would hire him again in a second!!!! It was worth every penny spent!!!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuing education constantly to stay current, however, because I'm in licensed in West Virginia and Certified in Virginia I have to have some many hours annually for my renewals.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy real estate, but never wanted to be an agent, so I decided to become a home inspector.
