This was the first time I've worked with a Tax Prep professional in quite some years and I was very happy with Michelle. She responded very quickly, came directly to me, and had me ready to go within a week. I had situations this year such as a house sale, dividends, a back-door Roth conversion, and a mutual fund conversion to a Brokerage account that I just didn't want to handle on my own. Further, she made recommendations on how to adjust my W-4 that I hope will be beneficial to me next year with the new tax law. She also gave me a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend Michelle and hope to use her again next year with much less complications.

Tax preparation services start at $125 for individuals and $325 for businesses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important to review review the past financial history and get an overall feel for the customer and their expectations. In regard to businesses, would need to learn as much as possible inorder to properly service the client's needs.
