  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Initial meeting: This meeting is for the client and architect to get to know each other and how the architect will perform the work. During this meeting the architect will request information so he can fully understand the scope of your project and explain what documentation is required by the local building department to obtain a building permit. From the information received the architect can develop a lump-sum price for the services you will require; or if you prefer the project can proceed on an hourly rate.
