Introduction: I do very personal home cooking mainly from a Japanese cuisine idea. I am a woman who simply likes simple foods, and I want to share mine with others.
I used to have an Italian fast-food restaurant, but I realized that my home cooking are healthier than most cuisines, starting from miso soup to fried vegetable dumpling, vegetable sushi, boiled vegetables, Japanese style ginger pork or chekin, tofu dishes and so on.
