Did not return my calls/voicemails/text when I told him I want to move forward with his services.Apr 27, 2016Verified
This guy is a joke! He is a scam artist! Be careful he doesnt rip you off! My breaker box wasn't working & he knew from beginning that it was a power company issue, NOT my home or breaker box & yet he charges me 140.00 anyway. Thankfully my power co. is reimburseming me. He has a bad & cocky attitude alsoApr 9, 2016Verified
He was very nice, and accommodating. He was able to come last minute which was great! Really happy with his service. Thanks Bob!Mar 22, 2016Verified
I needed someone on very short notice late on a Friday afternoon to help install a deadbolt and door hardware. I had already removed the old hardware so I was in a bind. Bob finished up his last job for the day and came over at 5 pm. He was very professional and capable. He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with.Mar 19, 2016Verified
Unfortunately, never heard from Bob after he asked me if he could mark himself hired. I emailed and call the number he provided only to learn it was the wrong number. It's too bad as I was looking forward to him installing our shower door.Feb 28, 2016Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we review the request and make suggestions and create a budget . if the cost is not within budget then we re-visit with ideas to help get within the budget or close to it. The next step is usually a contract to insure everyone is on board with what is expected. If everything is covered on the front end then the back end is a success.
