We provide the following services: * General Cleaning List - we can customize your list, so just let me know if you need to add something to your list * Bathrooms - we clean the entire bathrooms in detail; a partial list of areas that we clean are: - Scrub all showers and tubs while eliminating mildew and soap scum - Clean toilets in detail while eliminating circles that form in toilets leaving them white and clean - Clean bathroom floors leaving them squeaky clean - Mirrors and lights above mirrors - Dust all relevant items and furniture in bathrooms - Clean and disinfect sinks * Kitchens - Stoves are cleaned in detail (lifting the burners out and cleaning beneath them) - Filter is cleaned as well eliminating greasy residue - Microwaves are cleaned inside and out - Refrigerators are cleaned in detail on the outside including the top - All appliances are cleaned including toasters, coffeemakers, blenders, etc. - Cabinet doors are cleaned - Countertops are cleaned - Floors are cleaned in detail leaving them squeaky clean - We eliminate cobwebs * Dusting and Vacuuming - We dust in detail with furniture polish and glass cleaner, picking up items, pictures, etc. and dusting beneath them (unless instructed not to do so) - We dust picture frames on walls - We change beds (when you would like any beds changed, please leave clean linens out so they can be changed) - We eliminate cobwebs in each room - We clean all ceiling fans - We clean window sills and windows (upon request) * Commercial Cleanings - We vacuum carpets, dust all furniture (using Pledge), glass (using Windex) and clean all woodwork (baseboards, doors, etc.) - We clean all bathrooms and kitchens - We provide all cleaning supplies and paper products and soap for bathrooms Commercial cleanings are similar to residential cleanings; we clean in detail including cobwebs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our cleanings are done on estimates as are all the best cleanings. When we get a chance to look over what you want done we get to give you a way more accurate idea on the time and be prepared with more cleaners if you want it sooner. And we can be prepared for special services you may want as well and get everything done in good timing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask lots of questions and be very clear of your needs and expectations. Also always get in home estimates it will always give you a better outcome because the cleaners will be more prepared for timing and supplies needed. Every home is different.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we are human just like them and with all the demands our jobs require what stands out as important to you may not be for most so if we miss it just tell us we have no problem correcting it. But wait until we"re done with the area to see if we will get it.
