- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are different for bridal and non-bridal clients since bridal services require more time and detailing. Bridal makeup is $250 including false lashes, luxury skincare and touch up kit. Bridal Hairstyle is $175 including hair extensions and fancy hair accessories. Non-bridal makeup is $120 including false lashes and non-bridal hairstyle is $120. There is also travel fee added which will be added to the total based on the mileage. The only time travel fee is waived if there are minimum of 6 services booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have kept my process of working with clients very straight forward and simple. I prefer to be transparent and clear with everything. Once a client approaches me with their request, I state my prices according to the services and ask them where would they prefer services to be rendered. Once we agree with timings, location, and pricing, I send out the contract. All of my bookings require a signed contract and 50% deposit to confirm them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Makeup and hairstyling have become a passion of mine. I have self taught myself by taking classes from other expert artists in the industry for the past 4 years. I am always learning and refining my skills to provide the best of my ability for my clients.
