- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We aim to make sure the client understands the fees, has confirmed the time, date and location and we have reviewed the document prior to the signing appointment. We strive to ensure that our clients feel comfortable with the entire signing process before, during and after the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are experienced and licensed Notary Publics with additional training from the National Notary Association. In addition, we are staffed with individuals that have over 10 years of experience working with mortgage documents for real estate signing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This business has always been a desire to fully implement but the timing was always off. It was operated part time for several years until the ideal opportunity presented itself. We have always loved helping people and this presented the opportunity to help along with utilize our knowledge and expertise.
