Hey I'm very sorry we were backed up from the weather the first day we scheduled then with an unexpected family death the day prior to our rescheduling plus thanksgiving it was just a a crazy week. I've called you and explained that to you.We've tried calling, I really hope we can resolve this I'm more than willing to do the work. I'm sorry for the inconvienence we weren't expecting those those events to take place.
