Anti Kuunal and Aare Kivivali from Home Modifications LLC recently completed renovations to our bedroom and hall. The work included the construction of new closets; installation of new lighting and a ceiling fan; and repainting the rooms. We had fired the initial contractor that we hired to undertake renovations and were fortunate to have engaged Anti and Aare. They are professional and maintain high quality standards for their work and for us, a breath of fresh air after our prior experience with the prior contractor. They were careful not to track dust or dirt through the house and kept their work area neat and clean. They are pleasant, courteous, and (most importantly) reliably showing up on time. We enjoyed the opportunity to meet them both and are pleased with the outcome of the project. They accommodate any changes in the scope of work and competently solve unexpected challenges encountered during the job. The cost of the work performed was in line with their estimate, the work was completed within the expected time period, and the renovations looks great.
We highly recommend Home Modifications as a contractor for anyone considering remodeling and renovation projects. We plan to use their services again for future projects.
