They did an excellent job. They came on time, cut the tree carefully and cleaned the area nicely. They even took branches from other trees which were lying on the ground. Tree Crew was professional and courteous. Price is very reasonable.

Riverbend just completed emergency removal of a large pine that had fallen into the backyards of two of our townhomes. They worked on site not even 12 hours after I signed the estimate. The huge machine was amazing as they basically lifted the tree over top the row of townhomes. The only minor nit was that they left a number of small wood chips in the area. Otherwise, ground area and parking area was protected and preserved.On the downside, the price was nearly $6000. I went with Riverbend because on a previous removal of an equally large oak tree in my moms yard, the cost was only $2300. In fact, in that case, the representative had initially recommended not doing the work given the age of the property (house may be sold and demolished soon). But long story short it had become a safety issue. I certainly dont doubt their honesty. I understand that the emergency nature can drive the price somewhat. Unfortunately, minutes after signing the contract, our regular HOA landscaping company came in with an estimate of $2500. Lest one think they are low balling I have found their pricing to be excessive in the past (one reason I reached out to an additional company this time). Perhaps they would have taken longer or not performed the job as well? Well never know. But I might have been willing to trade some cost versus speed, since the pine didnt seem to be posing any further threat. Who knew giving the timing on the estimates. In essence, I went with the first response, not the lowest.Bottom line, Riverbend does excellent work. I just wish I could get more consistent estimates across jobs and vendors. Its hard to plan, budget, and make cost/benefit trade offs without it.

I had two trees pruned. The services provided from beginning to end were very professional. The arborist, office staff and tree team were responsive and answered all of the many question asked. I appreciated the great customer service.

Had 2 old cherry trees taken down and stumps ground. Very good work. Very conscientious of keeping neighbors property safe and unaffected by their work. Cleaned up very nicely. Worth every penny.
