We had settlement and leveling issues with our concrete front porch that wouldve cost several thousand dollars to demolish and replace. Our Jackrete rep came out for the estimate and said it could be fixed in minutes and save us a sizeable amount of money. We initially had an appointment booked several weeks out, but the repair team called us on a day that they had a cancellation, and they finished the job in under an hour and three weeks ahead of schedule. Our porch looks like new, and I cannot say enough about the quality, professional work the team did. From the first customer service call to the job being completed, you will be satisfied that you chose Jackrete! Thank you for your help!!!

I hired them to fix some cracked and broken concrete around our pool.Scheduling was easy and the staff was very friendly. What disappointed me, was how that they didn't patch the gaps between the cracked cement. They patched the holes they drilled, but not the cracks they were fixing. I wasn't made aware that I was responsible for this until they were done. The guy told me I need to go buy some Sikaflex to seal the cracks myself. He told me that I'd better hurry before the rain sets in. So I ended up having to run to the store last minute and spent two hours patching up behind them, the best I could with no notice! Now I need to find another company that can fix the cracks. Since they lifted one side higher then the other, I need someone to level out the two sides. I don't understand why they would do something that looks incomplete. I'm sure they wouldn't do this if it was their house.To respond to owner's comment that they don't offer caulking services. Their contract states "No caulking (including where saw cuts are completed) or expansion joint replacement is included unless specifically quoted on the proposal document". So not sure why they would now say "caulking is not a service we offer even for a fee", when they even mention they do it if it's in the proposal. They should update their contracts and train the people taking quotes to include this important detail! This way no one is left with the job that's incomplete. I've added the section of the contract that speaks to the caulking.

We are focused on lifting and leveling sunken slabs and include in the contract that caulking services are not provided. The crew lifted the settled slabs around your pool as much as they were able to. They just leveled and stabilized a lot of the slabs on my 23 year old concrete driveway and it was an excellent experience, from first call, to the knowledgeable estimator who fully explained the process and what the challenges of my situation were, to the installation crew, Zach and Ty, who were prompt, communicative, obviously experienced, explained everything, attentive to detail, and meticulously cleaned up after the job.There was one slab that their foam injection technique could not fully bring level to the next one because it was over a large tree root that had cracked the slab in multiple places closely together, but I liked that Zach took time to evaluate and explain various options for getting rid of the trip hazard. I chose for him to grind down the protruding edge -- he took his time getting it right and to my satisfaction.Wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys again.

Excellent experience. We could not be more pleased.The concrete patio surrounding our swimming pool is twenty years old. Due to erosion, some of the concrete section had become un-level. Some of the sections had developed some cracking.We say and advertisement for JackCrete on the telephone. We gave them a call. We contacted Nicole. She quickly schedule an appointment for a JackCrete specialist to visit our home for an evaluation.The Technician arrived on time and inspected the area around our pool. He explained the process that would be used to stabilize the concrete pads. The repairs completed the next week.The installation team arrived on time and completed the stabilization process without any issues. They were in and out. All concrete pads are level.
