Excellent experience. We could not be more pleased.The concrete patio surrounding our swimming pool is twenty years old. Due to erosion, some of the concrete section had become un-level. Some of the sections had developed some cracking.We say and advertisement for JackCrete on the telephone. We gave them a call. We contacted Nicole. She quickly schedule an appointment for a JackCrete specialist to visit our home for an evaluation.The Technician arrived on time and inspected the area around our pool. He explained the process that would be used to stabilize the concrete pads. The repairs completed the next week.The installation team arrived on time and completed the stabilization process without any issues. They were in and out. All concrete pads are level.

JACKCRETE lifted several concrete sections that surround my pool where several slabs had cracked and became uneven over time. The JACKCRETE technicians arrived on time and set right to work. They worked quickly and cleaned up very well when they were done. I would absolutely recommend JACKCRETE.

Jackcrete did an outstanding job leveling sections of our uneven pool deck. They provided a timely estimate (with a fair quote), and thoroughly explained the entire process. The work was scheduled within a week. The crew was extremely professional and performed the job in a meticulous and efficient manner.
