- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on market trends and we seek to provide you the best price available for the work you are looking to get done without compromising quality. A win-win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up an initial visit where we will come out and look at the project. For most small to medium size jobs we typically offer a price on the spot. For bigger jobs we sometimes will have to get back with you to provide a quote but will furnish a quote within 24 hours after initial visit. Once we agree on a number we will have you sign a proposal and will provide a scope which will include the cost of material to complete the job and what work will be performed. We will have you sign and as soon as you sign we will be boots on the ground to go ahead and move forward with completing the project. Depending on the size of the job we may require a down payment before getting started, but that will also be communicated and discussed up front before performing any work.
