Fred was hired to do multiple decking stairs, and woodwork repair jobs and did an excellent job. He does high quality work, enjoys his craft, made valuable recommendations to enhance the finished work, and was punctual and communicatiive which isn't always the case in his trade. I would highly recommend Fred and would use him again.
Mr. Spiker did an excellent job installing a Windeevent system in my garage door. He also took the time to fix a rogue dresser drawer that I thought was beyond repair. Everything was done neatly, efficiently and quickly. I will continue to hire Mr. Spiker for any household projects I have.

I reached out to have my disorganized 6 interior doors trimmed and rehung, he came and figured it all out as to where they even belonged so he could get them resized correctly. He went above and beyond my expectations spending extra time to make sure everything was right, he left my house clean even though the job wasn’t. He also worked on odd tasks that I didn’t know how to solve myself ie lights weren’t working but now we know why and he’s coming back to fix them! :) He made quick work of what tasks I’ve been dreading to even look at. He was a joy to speak with and have work on my home, can’t wait to have him back soon as I have more on my todo list that he is much more capable of taking care of then I. I’d previously heard horror stories of people coming to do work and it was overpriced as well as done completely wrong so I was very hesitant, but once I saw his work ethic and knowledge I was quickly put at ease .

Mr. Fred is a life saver! We needed a number of things done on our home before we were able to put it up for sale and he was the BEST. Professional and excellent at his work. Responded in a timely manner to every request (there were many) and brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his craft. Some of the things he fixed for us: gable replacements, porch railing corrections, garage door corrections, toilet repairs, door repairs, vent repairs, etc. His upbeat and kind attitude was a welcome breath of fresh air in a stress filled housing market. You are in good hands if Mr. Fred helps you with a project. Highly recommend.

*4 HR MINIMUM*
I offer 10% off of all labor for military and first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Though I am flexible, most of the time I bid the labor and have the customer reimburse for materials.
For jobs with materials over $100, I will sometimes ask for a deposit toward materials or have the customer do a pay by phone at Lowe’s or HD.
