Her warm-ups are a great way to transition from the workplace to the gym - they get your blood flowing and your body ready for what she has planned for that day. She ensures that we get a good workout but helps keep our bodies healthy and injury free for the next one! I love how she incorporates spin into some of the sessions to keep our heart rates up! Andrea has an engaging style that is both fun and encouraging and she is a great resource for other healthy lifestyle tips to supplement our time with her.
