I've worked out for years, but I'd never experienced Pilates taught this comprehensively. Dr. Laurie doesn't just put you through exercises, she explains why you're doing them and makes sure every movement has purpose.
What impressed me most was using all of the equipment. We worked on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector, and each piece challenged my body in a different way. Every session felt fresh, engaging, and tailored specifically to me.
The atmosphere is relaxed, encouraging, and honestly a lot of fun. I walked in expecting a workout and left feeling stronger, taller, and moving better than I had in years. My back felt amazing, my posture improved, and I could tell my core was working in ways I'd never experienced before.
