Ashley was punctual and patient as I was late for the appointment. She was very professional while conducting her assessment for my home as a possible rental client. She throughly explained the services her team would provide should I require their management services in the future. She also provided advice and pointers regarding tips for hosting midterm rentals as well as the cost and benefits that would come with that type of investment. She gave me some homework to do and was very clear and concise in answering all of my questions and concerns. Thanks again Ashley!! Highly recommended!!
