FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are competitive within our industry in the DC/MD/VA Tri-state area. We are neither the lowest, or the highest. We also structure our rates and packages to favor ONLY what you need, which usually means lower quotes and less clutter. So if you only need DJ for 3 hours, we can do that. If you need specific items, like uplighting, or a live musician, or extra speaker setups, we can handle those things for very favorable and competitive rates. We also offer 10% off on sundays and fridays, 5% off for military and first responders, and 3.5% off for paying by check, as well as 5% if you wish to pay in full at the time of booking. Give us a call and we'd be happy to send you a quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a short ten minute call or in person meeting. We gather information about the event and expectations, and submit quotes immediately. We often might submit additional quotes when asked.
