Introduction: I am, Stephen Smith, the owner of 3 Pie Squared LLC, a Consulting firm which specializes in HR and back end management for small practices, with a focus on HIPAA and medical practice compliance. I am also the Director of Operations of Corner Piece, a leading ABA company. While managing two successful firms, I have also been a major contributor in hundreds of start-up entities, and an author. In addition to being an entrepreneur and business owner, I am also a skilled process engineer. My career highlights while working in this field include the training of production and engineering staff, creation of countless policies and procedures for engineering equipment as well as new inspection systems, team lead on many million dollar installations and the development of process analysis software. About 2 year ago I started practicing iRest and it changed my life! So I became a teacher. I am also in the advisory board or mindful leader.org. I suffered from depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and was overweight. With iRest I have been able to process my thoughts, feelings and emotions. They no longer control my actions, I understand that I am not my thoughts, I am healthier both physically and emotionally because of this practice! I am hoping I can help others find peace and well being like I have!
