I start by understanding the issue and providing a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the job. I diagnose carefully, complete the work professionally, and make sure everything is done right before I leave. Clear communication and quality work are my priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years of military experience working on helicopters, where I completed all required certifications and technical training. This role required advanced mechanical knowledge, strict safety standards, and extreme attention to detail. In addition, I have 13 years of experience working on a wide range of military vehicles, also with full certifications and formal training. My background includes mechanical systems, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance under high-performance and mission-critical conditions. The discipline, precision, and technical expertise I gained in the military directly apply to the work I do today.
