My kitchen sink was backing up and becoming a problem. I called Zoom Drain and they came out quickly and determined there was a clog sitting in my garbage disposal. They even explained to me how to keep it from happening again in the near future!

We give free estimates and we don't perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very specialized in drains and have our own in-house training center for drain cleaning. We have weekly training sessions and mandatory safety training.
