Introduction: I am very detail oriented and I don't use frozen, pre-packaged ingredients. Seasonal ingredients are best, and if there is something you'd prefer that is not in season, I will steer you to the next best alternative - and explain to you why it is likely taste or cost prohibitive to bring in something that is out of season to use for your event. I won't "yes" you to death just to gain your business. The creativity it allows me. I love to cook, and I love to see people eat my food. The feedback from my last catering client was, "awesome food." That's the best thing I can ask for.
