Pricing Structure: Our prices are typically based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, the size of the area to be cleaned in square feet, the type of cleaning service (e.g., standard, deep cleaning), or the duration of the service (e.g., hourly). This structure is designed to provide you with the best value for your specific cleaning needs. 2. Additional Costs: Please note, there may be additional charges for services such as oven cleaning, window cleaning, fridge cleaning, dishes, laundry, or cleaning under extreme conditions. 3. Value for Money: We pride ourselves on offering thorough and reliable cleaning services. Our pricing reflects the quality and professionalism of our trained staff and the eco-friendly cleaning materials we use. 4. Payment Terms: YOUR CARD IS CHARGED AFTER THE APPOINTMENT IS COMPLETED. We don’t charge any cancellation or rescheduling fees as long as we receive a 24-hour business notice, Monday to Friday, from 7 AM - 11 PM EST. 5. Discounts and Promotions: We appreciate our loyal customers, and we offer discounts for regular cleaning. Additionally, we have a referral program.

If you’re happy with the proposal, we’ll schedule a cleaning session at a time that is most convenient for you. 5. On-site Walkthrough (Optional): For first-time customers, we can conduct an on-site walkthrough prior to the first cleaning session. This allows us to better understand your space and any specific instructions you may have. 6. Cleaning Day: On the day of the cleaning, our professional and friendly staff will arrive on time, equipped with all the necessary supplies. They will carry out the cleaning efficiently and thoroughly, respecting your home and privacy. 7. Feedback and Follow-up: After the cleaning, we welcome any feedback to ensure our services meet your expectations. We're committed to continuous improvement and your satisfaction. 9.
