- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly update my knowledge of dietary restrictions and work to find ways to give everyone a equally delicious meal. Someone with a special dietary need should not be an afterthought when planning an event, I want everyone to be able to have fresh, wholesome meals that meat their needs and please their palette.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, corporate fund raising activities, graduations, box lunches. A qualified chef must be able to master all aspects of the culinary field ranging from simple lunches to formal weddings and corporate events.
