Jessica is fabulous. She really listens and helps you move to a goal and action approach. She helps you narrow your focus to critical to happiness and success. Once you make the goal, then both people try it out for a week. Then we circled back around to communicate about what worked, challenges that occurred, ideas to modify and implement, and then each person rated how the experience went(creating an open dialogue)....in order to get to a solution that works for both people. She is amazing as a life coach!! (personal and professional) Thank you Jessica!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single session and multi-session package options (multi-session packages are discounted per session). Individual and couples. Workshops for intensive projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation to ensure a good fit (human dynamics makes all the difference in trust and comfort levels for max reward). Initial session = ice breaker and sometimes break through. Multi-sessions = break through and reinforcement/ habit formation. Every session is unique to the individual/couple and so is the quantity of sessions “needed” or preferred.

Professional Consultant for 11+ years; BS Psychology; Professional Coaching Certification; Pastoral Counseling Graduate Certificate; currently studying for MA Pastoral Counseling
